REPEAT (3) TIMES:
(20) telehops
(24) walking lunges -15lbs. in each hand
(12) each side - standing on one leg, bend forward (holding 15lbs in each hand) - keep back straight, oposite leg stays straight and lifts up... if that even makes sense.
(10) pull ups
(24) (alternating) reclining bicep curls 15lbs in each hand
(15) push-ups - legs on medicine ball
I was in a hurry to make it to my Yoga class on time -so I did this in about 25 min. Did done tucker'd me out!
