REPEAT 3 TIMES:
(20) Wall Balls, with 10 lb. medicine ball
(15) push-ups, feet on stability ball
REPEAT 3 TIMES:
(24) Walking lunges, 15lbs each hand
(12) Incline bench press w/ 15lb dumbbells each hand
REPEAT 3 TIMES:
(24) Step ups (12 each leg) - 30 lbs. (Freemotion STEP machine)
(10) pull ups
