HIP HOP Class

Repeat 3 times:

(12) side dumbbell raises - 12 lbs.
(12) dumbbell shoulder press - 15lbs

Repeat 3 times:

(15) push ups - feet on exercise ball
(10) pull ups
(10) dumbbell bicep curls - ea. arm 15 lbs.

25 sit ups w/ 15lb medicine ball
