3 mile run

REPEAT 3 TIMES. -all exercises w/ 10lb. dumbbells.

(12) dumbbell shoulder press, sitting on exercise ball
(12) side dumbbell shoulder flies
(10) dumbbell tricep extension on ball (shoulders on exercise ball, body parallel to ground)
(12) dumbbell bench press on ball (")
(12) dumbbell bicep curls, sitting on exercise ball

(25) sit ups on ball -w/ 16lb. ball
(25) sit ups on ground - w/ 16 lb. ball
(25) each side -twist crunches - elbow to knee
(25) laying on back, w/ legs straight - bring legs all the way up slowly and back down slowly.
