I got totally screwed up on my training schedule. My bad. This is what I did tonight.
1 mile warm-up

1st - 9.0
2nd & 3rd - 8.5
4th - 8.8
5th & 6th - 8.5
7th - 9.0
This time it really wasn't all that fun.

From reading your food and workout blog, I really like you;). I have had a hard time lately, for several reasons, eating healthy. I have two kids and I have ran with them in a jogging stroller since my oldest was a newborn. I was running 8 miles/day with them but have since moved and my schedule is a little different so I don't get to run as much and I am gaining weight, not just a little;( It's not fair!!;) Anyway, I don't want to tell you my whole life story but I want to know where you get your recipes and I would really like to follow some of your workouts. If you have any advice, I would love it. (P.S. I am Shauna Martindale Hollobaugh's cousin-in-law, not just a creepy person snooping at blogs, just kind of;)
