Pinto & Kidney Beans w/ ham

I usually like to slow cook my pinto beans. mmmm. But, in the interest of time this is what I do

Heat about 1 tbsp. of olive oil and saute your onion - add red pepper, cumin and garlic salt
Cube your ham and add
Then add your canned pinto and kidney beans:
yum - and SO easy!
I have to say though, so much better in the crock pot!
