So this is what the week's workouts look like, according to my training guide...
Today: 4 mile run
Tues: 7x400 5k pace
Wed: 3 mile run & strength (yoga)
Thurs: rest day - I'll do yoga
Friday: 3 mile pace run
Saturday: 8 mile run
As far as food goes, I need a plan because my current one isn't working out so well!
On tomorrow's Menu:
Breakfast:
eggs w/ sauted onion, mushroom, tomatoes and spinach, toast and grapefruit
Lunch:
beans & rice and a yummy salad, apple slices
Dinner:
Stir fry w/ yakisoba noodles and chicken
