5 rounds for time of:

400m run
I did them at 9.0,9.2,9.0,9.2,9.5
15 overhead squats
I only used 30 lbs over my head! ha!

Then I did some side lunges, -18 to the L, 18 to the R
Abs and a few exercises on the ball.
