3 rounds of:

15 overhead squats
24 walking lunges w/ medicine ball
20 side lunges, to left & right (bungee around knees)
20 calf pushes (on machine) 120, 140, 160lbs
20 box jumps - 20"
12 leg stabilizer things - each leg
