I didn't make it to the club until 6:45pm!! I wasn't very motivated, but ended up having a really good workout!
30 min. on treadmill:
first 10min: 6.4, 2.0 incline
next 5 min: 6.4, 4.0 incline
next 5 min:6.4, 2.0 incline
next 5 min: 5.0, 8.0 incline
next 1 min: 6.5, 0.0 incline
next 2 min: 6.8
next 1 min: 7.0
last min: 7.5
3 min. cool down
(2) rounds of:
12 pull ups
12 push ups (first time hands on ball, at incline. second time feet on ball)
jump hops, toe to bench -50, second time 75
10 front squat w/ bar, (20 w/ out second time.)
24 walking lunges, 17lbs ea. hand
15 dumbbell bench press on ball -17lbs each hand
6 dumbbell shoulder press - 17 each hand
2 rounds of:
15 hamstring leg curls on ball
15 pulse ups (holding leg curl position when knees are bent, push butt/pelvis up) -ouch
15 ball roll outs
25 crunches on ball
5 min. stretching
