Alrighty. I am out of shape. :(

Warm-up:
15 min. on treadmill (speed 6.0 incline 2.0 for first 10 min., 0.0 for last 5 min.)


Workout:

Repeat:
(24) walking lunges w/ 15lb. dumbbell in each hand
(12) super slide squat (machine) 100 lbs

Repeat:
(20) kettlebell swings w/ 20lb. dumbbell
(20) reverse hamstring curls w/ 10 pulses up at end of each set

Repeat:
(12) incline push-ups - feet on exercise ball
(12) pull-ups (weight assisted - on 40lbs)

Repeat:
(25)sit-ups on exercise ball -holding 15lb medicine ball
(30)russian twists w/ exercise ball.

Repeat:
(25) crunches
(25) reverse crunches

My legs are 'heavy' and I'm tired! :) Can't wait until my workouts feel 'good' again and I can do more!
