Yoga.

Today felt like a perfect workout. I was really warmed up going into yoga, and it seemed like a more aerobic class... It felt soooo good. I feel like I am on the cusp of my body feeling really good... Workouts are more invigorating, and I think results are on the horizon....As long as I stay conscious of what I am fueling my body with...
