I haven't worked out much lately, because I've been a 'tad' bit under the weather.... but today I REALLY needed to get some exercise....still feeling this cold or not, I was going crazy. And what do you know!? After my workout I was feeling myself again...I think those endorphins are crucial for me.
4 miles on the treadmill (not so bad!)
mile 1: 6.0
mile 2&3: 6.2
mile 4: 6.4, 6.5, 6.8, 7.0 (by 1/4 mile)
12 push-ups
25 crunches on ball w/ 25lb. medicine ball
12 push-ups
25 reverse sit ups (lower self slowly down, arms stretched out in front, come back up)
12 push-ups
15 ball passes
20 hamstring curls w/ ball
12 push-ups

dont you love how exercise, even though your sick, helps you to feel so much better??!!! way to go on the miles! you are running at a MUCH faster pace then i am thats for sure!!! hahahaha
