Breakfast:
1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/4C ea. broccoli, red pepper, green pepper, yellow onion. 1/3 C salsa, 1/2C blueberries

Lunch:
1C Spinach, 1 tomato sliced, cucumber -4" sliced, 1/4 avocado spread on 100% whole wheat. Blackberries

Dinner:
Chicken Breast, sweet potato, sugar snap peas, apple. Then I had strawberries, blueberries & creme.

Workout:
Spinning Class. -It was a really good one. I am getting stronger, and it's starting to feel good -instead of being just plain wiped.

Afterwards I did some weights:

repeat 3 times:
-12 pull-ups
-12 tricep pushes (?) w/ 17lbs

repeat 3 times:
-12 bicep curls -12lb ea. hand
-12 dips off of bench
