Breakfast:
(2) Shreaded Wheat 'loaves', 1/2 banana, 2 strawberries, 2% milk

Lunch:
2 yellow corn tortillas, 1/4 avocado, 1.5C spinach, tofu stirfry & brown rice/lentils on top. Cottage cheese, black & blue berries.

Dinner:
White Turkey Chili, apple, crisp bread. Then I had a cup of sugar free chocolate pudding.

Workout:
10 min. warm-up on treadmill - I put it on the "hill" setting, 6.0 speed. This was a fun way to mix it up - the incline went anywhere from 3.0 to 9.2, always at 6.0! Wha!! It was only for 10 min. though and the intervals were only 30 sec. -DOABLE.

Repeat 4 times:
(20) Wall-balls -w/ 10.8lb ball (holding ball in hands, facing a wall, squat. As you come up from the squat, throw ball up against the wall, catch and go back to a squat)
(24) walking lunges w/ 10.8lb ball -rotating side to side
(24) jumping lunges
(15) push-ups
(25) leg lifts -laying on side -lift top leg
(25) " " -lift bottom leg
switch side you're laying on & repeat leg lifts

(4) sets of 25 crunches/sit-ups

(3) sets of 15 calf machine -200lbs.
