Oatmeal, 1/2 banana, blueberries, 2% milk

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, broccoli, sweet red & yellow pepper, cucumber, sugar snap peas, chicken from last night, w/ balsamic vinaigrette. 1/2 grapefruit.

Dinner:

Tofu stir fry. I didn't have most the spices/ingredients -but I improvised and it was fabo...
And I learned that you have to marinate the tofu -makes a huge difference in taste! When I get ambitious I will post the link to the recipe...
I used: onion, red pepper, sugar snap peas, mexican squash, and spinach as my veggies. And for the marinade I used a thai peanut sauce + Yoshida's original sauce, eq. parts. Served w/ brown rice and lentils (just put the lentils in w/ the brown rice to cook) -they are so good together! A few spoonfuls of plain yogurt and blackberries and blueberries. Very yummy!

WORKOUT:
A car door got left open, so my battery was dead and I missed my spinning class -bummer - but LUCKILY a friend watched the boys so I could go on a run! 4.5miles in FREEZING weather! (It snowed later) Ha! :)
