Shreaded Wheat bite size, w/ blueberries and bananas, 3/4C 1% milk (I don't vary too much!) :)

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, broccoli, cucumber, sweet red pepper, chicken, raisins w/ a balsamic vinaigrette. 1 apple.

Dinner -
Cedar plank Tilapia w/ steamed veggies from Chili's. -Wasn't too impressed w/ the steamed veggies, but the fish was good. I ate everything...and when I got home I was still hungry! -But it was past 8PM...and I didn't feel like forfeiting a point. (It was tough abstaining from the chips & salsa & the huge chocolate lava cake!)

My lame-o camera went dead right after I snapped this picture -so this is the best I got!!!
Workout:
-30 min. rotating stairs
-30 min. treadmill:
10min. 6.5, 2.0 incline
5 min. 6.5, 4.0 incline (this was good/tough)
5 min. 6.5, 0.0
10 min. 6.6 -7.4 (raise .2 every 2 min.)
