Breakfast:
Shreaded Wheat Loaves w/ strawberries, milk - I also had some juice Jess juiced from all the citrus I brought up. -oranges, grapefruit & strawberry juice.

Lunch:
Last of the Green Curry -I added a handful of baby spinach -really good! I was running out the door -hence not plated pretty. :) I also grabbed an apple.

I met Jess and the boys at the park -we had to switch vehicles and he had a bag of m&m's opened on the console. Couldn't resist... :)


Dinner:
Open faced Turkey Burger -Bread, baby spinach, turkey burger, ketchup & mustard, avocado, red sweet pepper. Cantaloupe.

Spinning Class

Weights:
3 sets of:
(10) Thrusters w/ 45lb bar

3 sets of:
-(12) dumbbell shoulder flies w/ 12lbs
-(12) calf raises (standing up -weight on 90lb)

Then had to get to a massage! (a w e s o m e!)
