The other day at the gym I was reading WOMEN'S HEALTH. I love this magazine!!!!!! So much to devour!
And I read this awesome article for any of you weary of lifting "heavy" weights!! Made me realize I could be over-doing the cardio and not focusing enough on weights....

Thanks for linking that article. I used to weight train all the time as a teenager and before I got married, but it has totally fallen out of my life since. I run a lot and have noticed better muscle tone in my arms and legs because of it, but still...I need to get back into actual weight training. I'm sure it would help my running out too. Thanks for the inspiration!
