Breakfast:
3 egg whites w/ zucchini, onion & cherry tomatoes, piece of whole wheat toast, side of homemade salsa.

Lunch:
Protein shake: water, protein powder, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, banana.

Dinner:
Bed of Spinach, leftover grilled veggies (from night before), chicken breast (from rotisserie), watermellon

Workout:
Took a brisk 45 min. walk with mi madre'.
