Steel-Cut Oats, cinnamon, strawberries, banana, almonds, milk

Lunch:
Bed of Spinach, broccoli, cucumber, carrots, sugar snap peas, sweet red peppers, vinaigrette & chicken breast.

We got home from the pool & basically lunch had burned right through me.
Snack(s): Popcorn, honey wheat pretzels, peanuts (like 2 cups!)..... pretty much did me in calorie-wise... so I called it a day.
Workout:
Gentle Flow Yoga...It was great today
-30 min. on the treadmill, hill setting, level 12, 6.5 speed.
The last 10 min. I upped the speed .2 every 2 min. -The last 2 min. were at 8.0, 9.0 & 10.0 the last 30 sec.
Swimming w/ the boys!!!!
