Breakfast:
Steel-Cut Oats w/ cinnamon, 1/2 banana, blueberries, almonds

Lunch:
Protein shake: water, protein powder, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, 1/2 banana

Dinner:
Chicken Fajitas w/ sweet peppers, onion, zucchini. Green salad w/ onion, sweet peppers, cucumber, refried beans. Dessert: Sugar free jello w/ whipped cream. A few cherries.

Workout:

3 rounds of:

-(20) wall balls w/ 6kg ball
-(24) jumping lunges
-(15) push-ups
-(20) kettlebell swings w/ 20lb dumbbell
-(15) pull-ups
-(15) squats w/ 45lb. bar on shoulders
-(15) standing calf raises, 80lbs

10 min. treadmill -6.5
