Breakfast:
2 'pancakes' (6 eggwhites, 1 egg, 1C oats, 1/4C blueberries- blend & pour onto griddle. Makes 6-7)
Snack: Apple w/ almond butter, protein & water
Lunch: Bed of greens, chicken, strawberries, avocado, hard boiled egg white, balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner:
Chicken fajitas! In pan: olive oil, onion, peppers, chili powder & lemon juice - add chicken (mine was already cooked). Put into corn tortilla(s) w/ 1/4 avocado. Blueberries.
