Protein shake, toast w/ peanut butter. -late afternoon

Chicken, sweet potatoes, carrots, potatoes & onions cooked in teriyaki sauce and steamed brussel sprouts

1 egg, 1 egg white w/ sauted onion, mushroom, red & green peppers, and spinach, 1/2 grapefruit, kiwi, and piece of toast.

Green leaf lettuce, spinach w/ cut up chicken from last night, mushrooms, red pepper, raisins and drissled w/ olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Leftover carrots and sweet potato, and apple slices.
