3 mile pace
(whatever that means) I should probably look it up.
Here is what I did:
1st mile: 7.0
2nd mile:7.2
3rd mile: 7.4
I only raised the speed because I felt I could go a bit faster - maybe it was the lucky charms I ate for breakfast.
In the 3rd mile I asked myself "Self, can you do better?" And the answer is most likely always yes - so I decided to pick it up a bit.
The last .5 mile I picked it up to 8.0, and then the last minute 9.0
So my completion time was 24:23.
It's nice having short workouts.
