Today I really don't have one because I think I got food poisoning from the yakisoba noodles last night - not kidding! I'm just a tad bit under the weather today! So don't use the noodles - cook yourself up some brown rice instead!!!!!!!

cool! thanks for all the dinner ideas. i tried the spagetthi one you posted a week or so ago and it was good...mylie wouldnt touch it (she is GRUMPY, teething) but casey liked it.definetly a ADD to the list of recipes. :)

It's a speed workout. - Not really fun, but SHORT. I bet you could do it.
Last week I was running next to a gal training for the Olympic Trials in Track & Field and she was doing a speed workout - 11.5!!!!! yikes.
