Long time N O post!!!

It has been a long hiatus, but I am back!!

The husband has been doing CROSSFIT, and I've incorporated several things into my past workouts, but now I have been following the program. The workouts are short, and H A R D.
So check out the website, there are tutorials and everything.
I'll also post how my workouts go.

Also, I'm trying out a new yoga class (hopefully) tonight w/ a friend - and I'm really excited about it. My body misses yoga.

The refrigerator is stalked with yummy healthy snacks and food, so I am ready to go.
This morning for breakfast was Oatmeal w/ strawberries & bananas. mmm.

I also have a great recipe that I tried last night that is a keeper and I'll post it later!!!
