So I doubled up today since I didn't do the workout yesterday (Sunday)
Five rounds of (3) Shoulder Presses. I just used a 45lb bar.
next workout
Five rounds of (5) Back Squat. I had to do a couple extra sets to find a good weight...I settled on 85lbs. I think this will increase pretty quickly...
Then I did 2 sets of 10 barrbell shoulder presses - 17lb ea. hand
20 telehops
and sit ups on the ball.
30 min. on the tredmill -incline 5.0, speed 4.2
