Run 800 meters (9.0, 8.8, 8.5)
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

This was a good workout! It was pretty tough running 800m when you're so used to 400m - hence my speed decline!
The back extensions got to me too- 50 is a lot of reps!
