I finally got new running shoes! Whew.
Treadmill - 30 min. 6.5 pace
0-10 min at 2.0 incline
10-24 min at 0.0 incline
24-26 min at 2.0 "
26-28 min at 4.0 "
28-30 min at 6.0 "
2 rounds of:
(24) walking lunges w/ 12lb dumbbells overhead
(15) squat on balance board
2 rounds of:
(10) pull ups
(15) push ups
2 rounds of:
(12) 1 leg squats (back leg rests on bench behind you) w/ 12lb dumbbells in ea. hand
(24) "step ups" on freemotion machine, weight at 25lbs
2 rounds of:
(20) calf machine (sitting and pushing down/pointing toes) 200lbs
(12) 1 leg calf raises
2 rounds of:
(25) sit-ups on ball, holding 16lb ball
(25) sit ups - lay on back, hands stretched above head, sit up and reach to toes
