3 rounds of:
(12) arm pulls, each arm
(12) dumbbell bench press, on ball
(15) ab crunches on bench (lean back, kick your legs out...bring legs in, sit up)
(24) lunges - (step BACK w/ leg)
2 rounds of:
(25) leg lifts, each leg... on hands and knees, lift leg, heal to the sky.
