Yum! What a gorgeous breakfast. I took this a few weeks ago.It's always easier for me to make a healthy breakfast - as apposed to the other meals of the day. This is 1 egg, 1 egg-white, sauted onion & broccoli, and fresh homemade salsa on top. I love summertime.
Bodie went on my run with me this morning - He rode his bike. We did somewhere around 3miles I'd guess. It was fun!
