I'm in Prescott at the fabulous Talking Rock, visiting my parents...

My Mom in I went on a great walk, up and down the rolling hills of the community.
Then we came home and did the "4 min. workout". (I'll post the video later)

P.S. I didn't get to try my class on Wednesday night!!!! (I had to take care of a sick hubby!)
