20 min. on the treadmill...and I made those 20 little min. COUNT by doing intervals...
First 6 min. I started out at 6.2
Then, I decided to do 2 min. intervals...faster then slower...
7.0, 6.5, 7.2, 6.2, 7.5, 6.5
1 min. 7.5
1 min. 8.0
It was fun! -Well, made the time go by quick(er) and I was nice and warmed up for
YOGA
