I got to the club and somewhere along the way, my workout pants came out of my bag (in my driveway, come to find out)...So I was in jeans...blah.

10 min warm up on treadmill -4.0 at 5.0 incline

3 rounds of:

(10) pull-ups
(12) shoulder dumbbell press
(12) shoulder flies

3 rounds of:

(10) push-ups - hands on exercise ball
(10) horizontal pull-ups

sit ups
