(25) not sure what to call these...for abs- on a bench lean back while legs are extended, then bring legs in, and upper torso forward (contract) ?
(24) russian twists, scissor legs holding exercise ball
(15) ball passes from legs to arms, arms to legs
(25) butterfly crunches...legs in 'butterfly position' while you do crunches
(25) crunches while feet/legs on exercise ball
total time: 1hr 5 min.
