-1st 10 min. @ 6.2
-2nd 10 min. @ 6.5
-3rd 10 min. start @ 6.2 (every 2 min. raise speed o.2 so you end at 7.0)
REPEAT 3 times:
(12) push-ups
(24) walking lunges w/ upper body twist, holding a medicine ball
(10) pull-ups
(15) hamstring curls on back w/ exercise ball
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
(25) sit-ups on ball, holding 25lb. ball
(25) reverse sit-ups
(15) leg passes w/ ball
(25) crunches to left
(25) crunches to right
(25) reverse crunch (on back, legs bent, lift legs/bottom off ground...knees to chin) ?
