FINALLY. A workout. (besides shoveling snow!)

30 min. (3.5mi.) on the treadmill- interval speeds.

3 rounds of:

(10) pull-ups
(20) squats
(10) hanging bar pulls (reverse push up?) (upside down push-up position, pull self to bar) ANYONE CONFUSED?
(24) walking lunges -15lb ea. hand

3 rounds of:

(25) sit-ups on ball -holding 16lb ball
(20) hamstring curls -feet on med. ball
(10) push-ups
