THIS IS A GOOD ONE!!!
1 mile on treadmill: 8:30 min.
I started at 6.5 for 2 min., 6.8 for 2 min., 7.0 for 2 min. Then for the last 2.5 min I just kept raising the speed until I hit a mile...I think I ended at a 6.5min/mile pace...
Then, I did FOUR rounds AS FAST AS I COULD:
(20) wall balls w/ 4kg. ball
(10) push-ups
(20) jumping lunges
(10) pull-ups
It took me a little under 10 min. -It's harder than it sounds! :) TRY IT!
Then I went to YOGA... It was a great,
