Breakfast:
Oatmeal, 1/2 banana, small box of raisins, 1/4C milk

Early lunch (after temple)

.5 chicken breast (leftovers from last night), sliced red peppers, carrots, 22 almonds, 10 pretzel braids. Apple.

WORKOUT:
-20 min. of treadmill
5 min @ 4.2 and 4.5 incline 5 min @ 6.5 2 min. @ 6.6, 6.8, 7.0, 7.2, 1 min. @ 7.4 and last min @ 8.0.
-20 min. on some machine -the feet go from side to side -kinda like you are rollerblading.
-20 min. rotating stairs


Snack: Piece of leftover whole wheat chicken & veggie pizza. (I am HUUUUUUUNGRY and have a mad case of the munchies) ?

1/2 C Bear Naked granola fruit & nut, 1/4 C skim milk
