Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ banana & strawberries.

Luckily this stayed w/ me - I had a busy day and didn't really have lunch...I will call my snacks lunch: 10 honey wheat pretzel braids, 22 dry roasted almonds and a protein shake (1 scoop protein powder & water) -and of course dranks lot's of water!

Dinner:
Was the Chicken, wild rice and grilled veggies at Outback. The veggies were to die for -I wish I had asked for a double serving instead of the rice.... (I actually brought my camera, but couldn't bring myself to take a picture -we were w/ another couple!)

Workout:
4.5-5 mile run -outside in a 'drizzle'. Not bad. I actually liked it. Kona girl was with me.

(me afterwards...I've been missing my ipod since then!)

I am 'kinda' stressing about my day tomorrow -Too much to do, too little time. I'm going to Snowflake for a sealing and will probably be gone from 7-2 (at the earliest) and I'm going to have a babysitter! And the kid's club closes at 4 on Saturday (Jess is working) -So....I hope I don't stress too bad about getting home stat...(I'm going w/ friends)...And I'm like -alrighty, do I need to pack myself a lunch? There is a subway along the way.... wish me luck.
