Shreaded Wheat Bites, 1/2 banana, 2 large strawberries, 1C fat free milk

Lunch:
Chicken tacos -I was out of avocado, so used 1/2 TBSP of sour cream for my spread on the corn
tortillas... 1/2C chicken, spinach, yellow&green peppers, red cabbage. YUM. Sugar Snap Peas -
I think they're my favorite, 1/2 grapefruit.

Dinner:
Chicken breast -cooked in 2 tsp olive oil and water -sprinkled w/ Canadian Steak Seasoning, 1/2 baked sweet potato w/ spray butter, salt&pepper, 1C broccoli, 4 strawberries...

WORKOUT:
Spinning Class. My body was like a faucet -I was drenched when the class was over -I don't know
that I've ever sweat that much, besides a bikram yoga session! Love that. But it was so bad, that I really didn't want to do much else...(be on a mat, etc.) so I was good w/ 3 sets of 10 pull ups.
