So - I signed onto this really cool site - mycaloriecounter.com and it tracks all your daily calories for food and exercise, and tracks your progress...I love it!

So....Not sure that I'm going to be tracking it here....Kinda redundant. But if I find anything neat, I will post it....
LIKE:

A pound of FAT = 3500 calories. SO, if you'd like to loose a pound a week, reduce your daily intake of calories by 500!
