Here's a sample.
Mostly for breakfast I have oatmeal, w/ a dash of salt, cinnamon, 1/2 banana & raisins (or blueberries)
Slow-cooked beans, w/ rice, cilantro. (1C beans, 1/4C rice)
(234 calories, 1g fat, 45g carbs, 12g fiber, 0g sugar, 13g protein)

(I ate this several days in a row)
Spinach, sugar snow peas, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, carrots, 1/2chicken breast w/ oil & balsamic vineger & lemon juice (about 1TBSP combined), 1/2 grapefruit.
(358 calories -12g fat, 32 carbs, 9g fiber, 15g sugar, 31g protein)

(lunch today)
Tofu, broccoli, squash stir fry
(242 calories, 14g fat, 14carbs, 5g fiber, 9g sugar, 14g protein)

(saute 1/2 med. onion, 1 clove garlic in 1 TBSP olive oil, and 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar. add 1.5 C sliced squash, 1Cbroccoli, and 4oz. extra firm tofu. Add some water(to steam), lemon juice, salt and pepper.)
