YES- Snacks I had 10 honey wheat pretzel braids (safeway brand) -they're yummy!, protein powder & water, and 22 dry roasted almonds (I think that's 1oz.... those added up to 439 calories.
Drinking a ton of water really fills up the tummy...fills in the blanks. But I could be eating 200-300 more calories probably. I'm trying to eat the least possible w/out feeling deprived!

Sometimes I have to just chug the water down -but then I'm like 'Oh, not even hungry anymore!' -I just think of all the times I was stuffing my face when I could've just grabbed a glass of water!
