Breakfast:
1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/2 mexican squash, broccoli, onion, cantaloupe, 1 piece whole wheat toast w/ natural peanut butter.

Lunch:
Black beans & brown rice w/ lentils, spaghetti squash, cottage cheese, apple & blueberries

Dinner:
Bed of spinach & green leaf lettuce, cucumber, onions, carrots, strawberries & crumbled feta w/ a balsamic vinaigrette. Turkey kielbasa, blueberries. This was GOOD.

Workout:

Snow skiing! I went in the morning -so it wasn't that great...icy & hard -but it softened up mid-day. My legs are really feeling it though -especially after yesterday's workout. Those walking lunges were hard.
