Breakfast:
2 'loaves' of shreaded wheat, 1/2 banana, 2 strawberries, blueberries, 1% milk

Lunch:
2 yellow corn tortillas w/ 1/4 avocado, spinach, brown rice & lentils, black beans, chicken breast, lime. Cantaloupe.

Dinner:
Bed of spinach (1C), broccoli, cucumber, sugar snap peas, chicken breast, craisins (which I didn't eat -they tasted funny...too sweet?), spaghetti squash, sweet potato, black berries.

Workout:
30 min. rotating stairs, level 12

Repeat 2x:
-(24) walking lunges w/ 20lb weights
-(12) ?....holding 20lb weights in each hand, stand w/ feet hip distance apart, lean over, keeping back and legs straight, arms towards the floor, come back up...What are these called?
-(12) dumbbell bench press w/ 20lb ea. hand, w/ back on exercise ball
-(25) sit-ups on ball, holding 20lbs.
-(15) push-ups
-(20) calf pushes on the machine, 200lbs.
