Breakfast:
1 egg, 1 egg white, onion, broccoli, sweet yellow pepper, spinach, tomato on yellow corn tortillas. 1/2 grapefruit.

Snack: Dry roasted almonds, honey wheat pretzel braids. I had a chicken tender while skiing. It was fried. And gross!!!

Lunch:
Raisin Bran and 1/2 banana, milk - I had just gotten back from skiing and was MARVIN!!

Dinner:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, carrots, orange pepper, cucumber, chicken, 1/4 avocado, raisins w/ balsamic vinaigrette. Blueberries & strawberries (which my boys ate before I could get to them)

SKIING!!!! There was so much snow! My legs are *d e a d*... Skiing in powder is fun, but hurts, hurts, hurts. I thought my legs were stronger.
