Oatmeal, (see all that cinnamon? mmmm) 1/2 banana, blueberries, 10 almonds, 1/4C 2%milk. (that's what you get when the hubby does the milk run) :) Not a big deal though -we've been drinking WHOLE for the last 5 years...

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, cucumber, tomato wedges (which weren't that good) and chicken salad (1 can of chicken, from the cannery- just an fyi, 1/4 onion chopped, 1/2 apple chopped, 2 celery stalks chopped, 1/4C light mayo, salt & pepper) 1 crisp bread, and 1 apple.

Dinner:
Chicken Fajitas -SOOOOOO good! So - saute red, orange & yellow peppers (any color you want really), onion, chili powder -mmm, probably 1-2 TBSP, and a few shakes of red pepper in olive oil on med-hi. It got a little clumpy, so I added about 1/4C of water and let it cook. Then I added my already cooked chicken and let it all cook together for about a min. Add lemon juice. -Warm yellow corn tortillas, spread 1/4 avocado on two, add contents of pan. DELISH!

Dessert: 1/2C plain yogurt w/ blueberries and 1/2 kiwi. So pretty and yummy!

Workout:
45 min. on rotating stairs, level 11.
sit-ups/crunches.
I got candy for the boys to hand out w/ their v-day cards at school. OHHHHHHHH how I wanted to rip into them and stuff my face. Same w/ the sugar cookies I made on Sunday... Wow -this week has been hard!!

i didn't even let myself make the sugar cookies like i do EVERY YEAR because i just didn't trust myself not to eat them! this week has been hard for me too...not doing the normal "tradition" stuff of baking and candy..but the week is almost over and i haven't given in!!
GOOD FOR YOU!!!!
Isn't it crazy how 'tradition' stuff (fun stuff) always revolves around crappy-for-you food??
I am gonna have myself some valentines dessert! :)
