Breakfast:
1 egg, 1 egg white, yellow squash, broccoli, onion, bell pepper. Salsa, 1/2 grapefruit.

Lunch:
1C spaghetti squash w/ spray butter, salt&pepper, 1 apple, sugar snap peas, salsa, crisp bread.

Dinner:
Chicken Breast, spinach, cucumber, tomato, lime juice, 1/4 avocado on 100% whole wheat. Carrots, blackberries.

Snacks: 5 whole wheat honey pretzel braids, 8 almonds, 15 pistachios

Workout:

20 min. treadmill:
-5 min. 6.5 @ 2.0 incline
-5 min. 6.5 @ 4.0 incline
-5 min. 7.0 @ 0.0
-5 min. 7.2-8.0 (raise the speed .2 every min.)

This is amazing!!!! I'm excited to get healthy. Your before and after pictures are unreal! Even though I still thought you looked good before. Loved talking to you yesterday. Can't wait for the 20th!
